What the heck is the difference between Deep Clean and Standard Clean?
Deep cleans are perfect for homes that have not been cleaned in the last 90 days and for homes we are cleaning for the first time. It takes more time to clean a home for the first time and reach our standard level of clean. Just like it takes more time to cook a recipe for the first time, it takes more time to clean a home the first time.
Recurring cleans only require a Standard Clean because we know your home and we are maintaining the level of cleanliness on a recurring basis.
Does a Deep Clean include blinds?
Unfortunately, it does not. Blinds are very intricate and take a lot of time clean correctly. This is why we have our customers send us pictures of their blinds so we can accurately estimate and provide a quote.
Do you send the same cleaners each time?
Yes! When you sign up for recurring cleans (eg: monthly, bi-weekly, weekly) we pair you with our best cleaners. We want you to know your house cleaners and we want our house cleaners to know you, your preferences, and your home.
Do I need to be home for the clean?
No! We will collect instructions for entering the home and locking up after the clean. We will check in with you once you’re home to ensure everything is to your standards.
What if I don’t want every room cleaned?
That’s perfectly fine and normal. A lot of customers don’t want every bedroom cleaned or they don’t need the basement cleaned. Some customers only want their kitchen bathrooms cleaned monthly and that’s perfectly fine.
